Where do I pick up my mailbox?
Mailboxes can be picked up in Tyngsboro, MA or New Boston, NH. If you live out of state and would like to rent one of our mailboxes you may want to check to see if a family member that lives close may be willing to pick it up for you. We do not ship any of our mailboxes because they are all hand made and therefore can be delicate. If you have special circumstances please contact us and we can discuss some options for you.
What is the payment process for mailbox rentals or custom designs?
Payment is made in full to hold the reservation for your event date. We also require a security deposit of $75 that will be held until the mailbox is returned in good condition. Your security deposit is returned in full if the mailbox is returned on specified date and is not damaged. If the mailbox is damaged while in your care we will assess the damages and negotiate a replacement/repair cost that will be deducted from your $75 deposit.
How long before I have to return the mailbox?
When you inquire about a mailbox rental we will pick a date usually a few days after your event. You will just need to return the mailbox on or before the agreed upon date. If your event is on a Saturday we would have you return the mailbox on or before the Tuesday after your event so that it can be prepared for the next rental.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, personal checks, and money orders.
What do you need to create a custom design?
Tell us about the type of event, any specific colors that you may be using, and just a little bit about yourself and what you expect out of the event. After we get the information that we need about the event we will get to work thinking about an idea for your mailbox. We will contact you with the idea to see if you would like to proceed.
